Here is a recipe for a delicious homemade chicken pizza:
Ingredients:
1 pound pizza dough
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle or rectangle. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add the cooked and shredded chicken, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms on top of the cheese.
Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
